By accessing or using the Spendly website, waitlist, or legacy web service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Spendly. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Currently, the Spendly website operates primarily as a waitlist for our upcoming native iOS application. We also maintain a legacy web-based personal finance management app for existing users. Spendly does not connect to banks and does not provide official financial advice.
By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive email updates regarding the launch of our iOS application and related early-access discounts. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Existing users are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
Spendly does not currently process payments, subscriptions, or collect credit card information on this website.
Upon the launch of our native iOS application, all purchases, subscriptions, and refunds will be managed directly by Apple as the Merchant of Record, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
AI-powered functions (insights, categorization, chat) are informational only. AI may produce incorrect or incomplete information; outputs are not financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for decisions based on AI content.
You retain ownership of any data you add to the Service. You grant Spendly a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
Spendly uses secure backend providers (such as Supabase) with encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute protection from unauthorized access. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We are actively transitioning our focus to a native iOS application. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the legacy web Service at any time. We are not liable for downtime or interruptions.
Spendly uses third parties including Supabase (auth & DB) and AI providers. Your use is subject to their respective terms.
We may suspend or terminate your legacy account or remove you from the waitlist for violations, suspected fraud, or abuse.
Spendly is provided 'AS IS' without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spendly is not liable for lost profits, inaccurate AI outputs, data loss, errors, or interruptions.
Spendly does not provide financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. All insights and analytics are informational only.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Spendly is registered. This may be updated upon the official App Store launch.
We may update these Terms at any time to reflect our transition to the App Store. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
