Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Spendly provides digital services (software as a service). Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds once the subscription period has started and the service has been accessed.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Spendly Pro, you may request a no-questions-asked full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase (monthly $7, yearly $49, or lifetime $99). Please contact us at hello@getspendly.net with your order number.

Note: This applies only to your first purchase.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. Your access to Pro features will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time.

4. Merchant of Record

All refund requests are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.
